It was a beautiful Spring like day...60's & sunny. I finally got the boxes of Christmas decorations packed away in the attic. Hubby helped me get them up there. I swept the attic floor & garage floor. Then I vacuumed the dining room, sunroom (where the boxes have been), kitchen & living room.
After getting all that done I was ready for a snack/ lunch. I got in a nibbly mood. I started with pimento cheese, hummus, wheat thins, some yellow peppers, a few walnuts & a That's It fruit bar. (All fit on a 8" salad plate) Then Hubby was making a snack & I had half of his Honeycrisp apple. All the while I was craving a bowl of Cheddar popcorn....finally gave in & ate that, too.
I had already decided soup & salad was going to be dinner. I made a chef salad of sorts...no egg.
