Well, it was not unexpected....bounced back up. Weird though when I ate under my goal yesterday.

I realized as I was finishing dinner tonight, I ate past the point of feeling full last night & tonight. I had already logged everything so figured I might as well eat it. It wasn't even because I was eating too many calories, that I knew I should stop. I just know I don't need to eat it just cause it's in front of me. I made a portion & a half of grits, thinking that would be a good amount. And I threw all of the shrimp (18 total...to be shared with Hubby) into the pan cause I'd defrosted them. I would have been satisfied with 1 portion (1 cup) of grits & fewer shrimp. Tonight I wanted pizza. I made a salad to have with it (veggies). I ate 2 slices of pizza but was full @ 1. I should have either skipped the salad or the 2nd slice of pizza. Like I said, it wasn't calories....just too much food. I'll keep that in mind next time.

Gym today 💪 Treadmill, arm exercises (therapy), mat exercises including Sumo squats & RDL's, upper & lower body weight machine mix & 15 minutes on the bike.

Tomorrow I have a session with the physical therapist. I have some shopping to do after & I need to color my roots. Too bad I'm not ready to go natural...it would be so much easier.

Hubby is driving me to my Sister's office so I can stay overnight with her (45 min. south). Friday we'll drive 2 hours to meet up @ our other 2 sisters for the weekend.

Off to bed 🛌 😴 Tomorrow will arrive early 🌅
