I said I want to lose my weekend weight and I did ,I have a photo shoot on with 2 friends 2morrow , more a surprise shoot for my pregnant friend , as they say photos are a captured memory , making sure I'm looking and feeling fabulous for that memory, NO more hiding away when it comes to photo's ... I'm so excited 1st time for me. Day 4/16 without bread.
120.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Deb_N it was sooo much fun , and my friend was so surprised, she can't stop thanking us , can't wait to see the outcome, when i got on the scale on Saturday morning i weight 54.3kgs i didn't document it but with that lowest weight in mind i felt awesome as if i was a real model , hahaha
