A breakthrough! I was getting depressed watching the scale not moving, or yet worse, moving in the wrong direction.

I did not weight myself every day as usual, so I hope the number is real. Anyways, it makes me very happy for a day! I stopped filling in the calendar, ate when hungry, but sensibly of course. Even walking has been a hit and miss. Maybe stress and sleep play a big part?
139.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Cut your carbs. I'm going through that struggle now, but it works. Taking it one day at a time.

Honey I weigh in once a week. Sometimes the scale gets stuck, but give it time. it will drop again
