Our work end of year function was yesterday , had some nice food but skipped the fried potatoes , savory rice, pork (don't eat) , bread , and the wine, ciders and chips , only had crackers for pre-snacks with cheese , sparkling water , and the desert 1 slice of milk tart and two chocolate balls. Day 3/16 without bread/rolls I still have 400g to lose before Saturday for my photo shoot with my friends
122.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well done, you are really doing great!!! My Fiancee's year end is tomorrow , but the restaurant has a salad menu and I love interesting salads... so think I will be okay! :)

Thank you girls, some how it wasn't to difficult for me, I said No thanks to the milk tart too ai so they started with the oo you so thin its only one slice ai so I ate it just to shit them up.but because I didn't ate all the starch i didn't feel so guilty.

Black Bee the thing is in Dec I have a lot of party's coming up and if I don't watch what I eat i will pick up because I'm not a natural thin person I really have to work hard to get the weight off and stay off. for this month I have the following coming up - this Saturday breakfast with 2 friends eating out , the evening birthday party (this fam is overweight and they always have bad options available like chips, pastries, cakes , pizzas stuff like that , Sunday lunch braai with friends , that's still ok I will make a big green salad and must just take along provitas for snacks and fruit and not eat the chips, still have a department lunch this month , my birthday and 2 other birthdays , then its still Christmas and new years , and don't forget about the beach days where you snack away and eat ice creams. :-) so I must think before I eat or I will be 5-10kgs after Dec again

Saige 18 I understand 110% I am the same also very overweight and not naturally slim this time of year is hectic for everyone. I am going out to supper with a friend this evening (hopefully ocean basket) then a wedding this weekend and a braai Our year end function is also still ahead I battle to say no to crisps the other stuff I am still okay with, then to top it all I am a very emotional eater I eat when I am happy,sad, bored even when I am not hungry

I'm the same eat happy times sad time, when bored , only thing now that helps me is because I'm so active my body burns the food quick BUT only healthy / better options and not the process type, that type of food stuck on my body. you will see my new thing that I do , give myself day challenges if I see I eat to much of a certain thing - like now gave myself a 16 day No bread/ roll challenge. and some how it works I don't binge out anymore. on the 18Dec its my birthday and I'm gonna have a breakfast for my work peeps , ( breakfast rolls, health bread , cupcakes, fruits, yogurt , muesli, cold meats and cheese , letter , cucumber, Then on that day I will have a slice or two of the health bread.
