So its weekend again , need to stay strong and make healthy choices as we are going away and I see hubby bought 4 packets of chips.
Day 12/ 21 half way , still half way to go.

120.2 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weekends always suck, feel like i need chocolate in my life right now :x

buy a dark choc or eat yogurt and enjoy . ya I hate weekends away too, specially the eating part as we buy everything or eat out but I must make healthy choices due too big cycling race coming up so my nutrition can't drop still a week left . I cant believe I'm so long without cake and chips .LOL the other day ,they offered milk tart in the office so I said thank you but no thanks, so the lady said ya "Nou wonder almal hoekom jy so maer is" want jy kan nee dankie se vir veniet koek.So i had like mix feeling , so the people skinner about me , or I'm proud as I can say no thank you to cake and others can't.

And this time of year everybody seems to want to get together over weekends. I also find weekemds very difficult but have decuded to take each one as it comes

theres no dark choc here at work :( so will have to wait till i get hme but by then il have a choc flavored protein shake and the craving will disappear :D....ooooooh cycling sounds leker (i suck at it) and yeaaah fuking awsum man :D proud of u :) no chips no cakes despite all the temptations *hats off to u missy* lol people always skiner when they get jealous of how awsum u are haha so take it that way instead of the other.....glass half full is better than a glass half empty :)

Ibiza- atleast you have the chocolate shake for the choc cravings , have some now maybe you will feel better. I see you had lekker chocolate last night , the only chocolate that I allow myself now is the oats bar , and that's only when i cycle , quick snack , I just can't get protein bars down. @ Black Bee I really try now for this month , I really want to enjoy myself Dec month, not over think what I eat will still be training but then I will not think twice before i eat something. till next year then its Cape Argus cycle tour then I must eat healthy again. Deb_N - Thank you so much you really motivate me , specially not to cheat over weekends, thank you for always wishing me well.

my whey protein is at home and im at work :( yeah i dont even know why i ate those chocolates yesterday lol thats why my PT is gonna kill me today....for some reason my will power lately has been really really weak and i cant seem to pinpoint why but hopefully will be back to my regular self in the days to come

Weekends are my greatest challenge. I can't seem to stay away from the baddies like chips and chocs and bread. And the worst is, I've come to an all time low when it comes to my willpower. Didn't even drink half of the water I usually do during a week. Good luck for the weekend!

Louise you sound like me over a weekend , but since I started with my own 21days of healthy eating , I got it right last weekend, still this weekend to over come , will see how it turns out,Think i must put in my takkies just in case and take a brisk walk tomorrow morning and then I don;t feel to bad if something bad goes over my lips ... hahaha - Why do you feel you came to a low did something happened ? are you stress from work ?
