ObeseToBeast123's Journal, 16 November 2022

We will see where the trend takes us but up is good clearly I didn't gain this overnight, I think I'm just pretty filled up right now😄 plus im feeling the full body Doms as well right now. Yesterday brought another fun victory in the gym at the end of my long push day workout I decided to give some dips a try. I looked back at my records and I hadn't done a dip since may 1st when they got dropped from my routine due to elbow pain. Anyway back then I actually couldn't do a dip I had to rig up resistance bands to my rack to give me a boost up and cut the weigh down. Last night I blew through rep after rep like they were nothing! I'm actually going to need to throw my diy dip belt on and add some weight to make them more difficult 😄

Yea dips is the most slept on movement. I remember when I dropped my dips from priority and did benching instead. I noticed I lost arm size

Supergainz1 they will deffintly be added in as a regular exercise. I was completely spent but decided to try them anyway and I fully 100 percent thought I wasn't able to do even 1 based on my progress with them 6 months ago and I just started blowing through them I was like wtf I actually started cracking up laughing out loud. It was pretty Great moment.

I'm a seated dip guy. I haven't done real ones in a long time. There are things I work around with my back shoulder. I don't flat bench these days either.

TheUnhealthyDaddy nice! It's all about finding ways to work around the Injuries. I was a disaster as a kid broke both legs in mutliple places, an arm, separated my shoulder, hernia, multiple conclusions the lists goes on and on from there It's amazing I'm even still here and able to do anything.
