Still holding onto some water. My finger was still swollen this morning (ring tight).

Did our usual Gym day. Treadmill, mat exercises, weight machines & bike. I've been doing some exercises for my knee. I also started taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin and Turmeric supplements last week. I made it thru a walk on the treadmill with minimal discomfort. I'm still keeping the speed down & focusing on raising the incline. I upped the weight on the Leg Curl machine & the Leg Press today. 😁

Having lunch with my Sister tomorrow. Then maybe some shopping. I'd like to find a new pair of pants or 2 in a smaller size. I'll see if I'm in the mood.

I was watching Handmaids Tale after we got home this afternoon & Hubby says there are deer in the front yard. I paused it & looked out. There were a bunch of them....I counted 8 total, including a Buck that had either shed it's antlers or was just getting them. All he had were nubs. Along with the deer there was a wild turkey grazing in the midst of them 🦌🦃 I got some pics but they weren't great.

140.0 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
