The ugly truth… it is after a heavier wkd so I know it’s not this bad but I think it’s the kick up the bum I need 💪 still got time to get most of this gone by Christmas 🎄 x x
165.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
