Gained 100g not sure what happened. Anyway will kesp trying hard.
334.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 142.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That will happen with daily weigh-ins. Nothing to worry about, could be water, sluggish digestion, etc.... keep an eye on your overall trend line in the weight section of a the ap, that's what matters!

Thanks all, you are correct, I was having a winge, theres always that anticlimax when you step on the scale and weight is more than previous day despite best efforts.
