Sunburn is gone and face is no longer looking like a puffkin. Only 60 hours left until my son is home. Yay, he's also excited no night duty for at least 10 days. Just following my woe and keep going forward. Sustainable for the long term is the key.

254.8 lb Lost so far: 38.3 lb.    Still to go: 139.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
