Almost midnight so need to be quick. Got "1883" at the library & we watched the first 2 episodes tonight. We had actually seen them before but it's been awhile so for continuity I wanted to start from the beginning. Glad I did cause I only remember bits & pieces.

We made it to the Gym today. Got in a pretty good workout...focused on upper body today. I have had some knee pain on the treadmill. I figured out if I focus less on speed & up the incline it bothers my knee less. So that's what I did today.

Planning on our usual Friday Gym day tomorrow. Will work on legs.

Time to get up to bed. Almost finished with the book I'm reading for Book Club. I can finish it tonight & start the one I checked out just for me 😊 📚
