Early weigh in before heading out for another Doctor's Appt. (Routine).

I saw the NP @ my Cardiologist office today. Everything is good. My Echocardiagram last week showed no changes since the last one in 2020. Apparently my weight was down 7 lbs. from my last visit & she raved about that. 😊 Told me to keep up the good work.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
