For some reason I ate too much over the weekend. Praise God though I'm back on track. I can no longer drink margarita's on the weekend they make me retain water too much by the end of the week I will be back to my 143 then only 3 pounds more to go Glory be to God who is my source of strength. Through him I know that I can accomplish this.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
