Just burnt out and down in the dumps today. Watching my weight climb higher and higher each day as the abs begin to blur isn't helping 😕 really other than the one day last weekend I haven't been bad eating I may have gone alittle bit over on my calories a few days but not significantly.

@Wifey: Hormone card doesn't last forever (lost mine last year). But on the positive side, there are no wild fluctuations anymore or water retention unless from sodium (controllable factor). @Otb: Do we need to start a "Save the Abs" fund?😳

🤣 we need to Start an under armour cold gear fund... I've been. Freezing my ass off the past few days working in the high 30s with rain all day. Having less Insulation is no joke!!
