I better enjoy the downward trend today, cause I think tomorrow it's going back up. I cooked bacon & eggs with toast & fruit 🥓🍳🍞🍉🍊☕️ for breakfast this morning....upping the usual calorie count a little. Lunch was half an avocado & the rest of the pimento cheese with some tortilla chips to carry them to my mouth 🥑🧀🫓. Pizza....2 slices....with salad, for dinner 🍕🍕🥗 Right now I'm about 100 calories over...if I don't have anything else.

I made it to the grocery store today. We now have fresh fruit & veggies, again. I also bought Salmon, chicken thighs, Sweet Italian sausages & the above mentioned pizza. The produce department didn't have any of the plastic baggies to put your stuff in. I often skip them anyway, but unusual. There also were almost no Bagels or English Muffins in the bread department. I did find a pack of Sam's Everything Bagels so we'll see how they are. No 2% milk in half gallon containers & I don't go thru a gallon fast enough. Ended up with 1 % instead.

What Walmart did have was a whole area of cute Fall decor at lower price points set up @ the entrance like Target has. I looked but didn't buy anything. I still need to get my Fall decor out of the attic & decorate. I rummaged thru the kitchen cabinets & found the Fall coffee mug my daughter gave me last year, this morning. All set for coffee tomorrow 😊

I was feeling much more rested today. That doesn't mean I didn't settle down to watch the crossover premier of the 3 Law & Order series after I got home. I did do more loads of laundry between segments.

After breakfast I took my 2nd cup of coffee outside to enjoy the cooler Fall weather we've been experiencing. I downloaded the photos of the Wedding to Instagram as I sipped.

Tomorrow we're back to the Gym.🏋 Looking forward to getting back to our routine. 😁
140.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
