Up 5 lbs. after vacation. I think that's a reasonable increase after a week of eating off my plan. I also indulged in Adult beverages. Tomorrow I'm back to reigning it in a bit. Today is my birthday so I chose to have 1 more day before cutting back. I had my usual breakfast & only a 100 calorie pkg. of popcorn this afternoon.

I was starving by the time we ate dinner. We drove my daughter to the airport, then had to drive home...about 3 1/2 hours round-trip in traffic. We decided to get dinner to go so that we could get back home to the dogs that we just picked up from the Kennel today. I chose Barbecue Ribs, baked potato & a salad from Miller's Ale House. It was very good but also filling. I ordered a side salad for both Hubby & I but they were so big I ended up splitting 1 between us. Hubby wanted a full rack of ribs but he only ate half.

Both of us were pretty tired after driving all day yesterday then going to the airport today. We cleaned the kitchen after dinner then watched an episode of The Voice. There were some pretty good singers on tonight.

144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

5 is nothing. I bet most of that is sodium. Just carry-on. You do a great job Sherry. My mom is a few years older than you, 73, but I wish she would join a gym and try to get more fit. She walks a lot, but I’m concerned about the amount of muscle that she does not have. 🙃

Wifey, already down this morning....even after eating ribs & a baked potato for dinner last night. Walking is good exercise. It took me a long time to get interested in going to the Gym. All of the talk on here finally persuaded me to give it a try.
