OMG! I gotta lose 9 pounds to not be considered overweight. It does make a difference. I can see it in my face-I'm not going to talk about my belly. Thank God for girdles! 😆 At least I truly enjoyed myself this summer on my month long vacation in Dubai.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
