Back in the day, 5' 9", but I may have shrunk over the years. :-) I'm quite small-boned.

Wow a male 5'9" weighing 125 that is awfully slim. I'm female 5'5" 125 would be about limit before being too thin for me. . I have a very small frame.

We're similar in goals. I though my goal was 135 and I'm not only a few lbs away (138) and think I should be leaner. I'm going for 125, possibly 120.

Nice drop! I wanna be like you! According to my medical profile I am supposed to weigh 135......that is a long way away just a mere 146 pounds to go :)

debrafrederick, last December, I reached a high of around 174 pounds. At this point, I lost 34 pounds and kept it off after years of losing and regaining. Many other FatSecret members have made even more impressive achievements. You can do it!

I may eventually gain some weight back, but I hope it will be in muscle mass rather than fat.

I'm 5'1" trying to get down to 130. Maybe eventually 120, but I have an athletic build so I don't think anything below 120 will look good on me. Good job Chris!
