Avg. for last 8 weigh-ins =168.4. Going to work on a bit more activity this week, which will probably consist of yard work and decluttering shed & garage. I have decided to set my goal weight in increments of 10 lbs. It seems to be a bit more attainable for me. 👍
168.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
