So I did low carb/keto diet for 2 weeks and actually gained weight!!!!! 🙄 so back to just counting my calories for weight loss. Oh well!
180.1 lb Lost so far: 62.1 lb.    Still to go: 73.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
