Excited to pick a dietician's brain 🧠 on Monday. At some point i will begin physical therapy for my knee. still havent calorie tracked or worked out. Work has been my workout, my legs have been SORE afterwards. Stay at home mom life really kicked my ass, and didnt realize easy i was taking it.
In place of calorie tracking, I have been using a fasting timer to track how much time goes from dinner until breakfast the next day. Yesterday, I tried tracking the time in between meals; this helped me stop the light grazing and snacking while home. it made a big difference! I didn't want to have to reset my timer after an hour just to snack on something small. When i did go to eat, i made better choices like: Oatmeal instead of strawberry ice cream...half an apple instead of the kids fruit roll up.
sorry ive been gone, im getting caught up now.. staying on a better track i hope.
(my app wouldnt load properly, so i transferred alot of apps that i use to my tablet.)
186.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
