yeah maintenance is way harder 😕 when your in a deficit and you eat more calories than you think you did than mayvd you dint loose any weight or maybe just less than you wanted to. do it when your at wgar you think Maintenance calories are and you just start packing it on again... makes eating any meals out very hard

So I know this is a mental game with maintenance but I actually keep a lower macros in my FS and I try to hit them. I read someone else who did that because nothing is perfect unless you measure everything single thing.

Obt123– you are so right about eating out— that is why I don’t do it often. MOST of the food is no better than my own cooking, costs too much an it just isn’t my thing. I eat out when I sorta have to but not usually by choice.

Kenna Morton I almost never eat out it just happened to be multiple times for work and then once for home as well. I tried drastically over calculating calorie intake for those meals but it's still frustrating. I was furious I ordered a grilled chicken salad with the dressing on The side and it showed up the chicken was smothered in some sort of dressing the waitress claimed that was the "seasoning" it was more dress8ng then I would use on 10 salads. Trying to make healthy choices even when eating out so I will get a salad and maybe treat myself to an appetizer like boneless wings or I got coconut shrimp the one day. Gotta enjoy foods too

Redporchlady thanks I'll give that a try my main issue was cutting activity and raaing calories at the same time I should have only done one of those things... ughh I'll find the balance eventually 🙄
