Thanks ches I'm not going to lie I was starting to get alittle worried that all my planned calorie increases had gone a little too far with the rise in the scale at ever recent weigh In.

thanks for support ches and redporchlady, this is uncharted territory for me! trying to find the correct mix of cardio and caloric intake to roughly maintain my current body fat level and still having ample energy to put in a solid effort weight lifting! Plus I want to be able to enjoy different types of food that I didn't have the space for while in my deficit. I have dieted in the past and dropped significant weight only to go back and slowly put it back on. I can't let that happen again and finding the correct mix is something I'm working on.

D_not_Cupcake thanks 😊 I could deffintly be doing better I have made some excuses lately as I know we all do but like everyone here I'm a work in progress lol. With school underway, football practices, wrestling practices, cub scouts, and my on calls for work finding that balance is rough but I'll figure it out. Just trying to have the energy to do everything without burning out has been my main issue. Tonight my wife has back to school night and I have both kids for dinner then football practice and by the time I get them back home and in bed I'm sure I'll be ready for bed myself hahah.

D_not_Cupcake thanks for having faith in me some times I think we all have more faith in each other than we do in ourselves. Im sneaking in some pull ups on the playground with my daughter while my sons practicing right now 🤣 thanks again for all the support friend 😃
