We bought a new scale that is weighing in at about 4-5 pounds heavier than the last one that I was using as my "official" scale. That's a bummer since I thought I was doing great (178). So, it's time to make up the difference. I'm trying to get to 165 lbs. Back to Phase 1 for a while. If it ever cools down here in Phoenix I can get back to hiking and working out more. It's hard to get motivated when it's 110 degrees!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you'll have to try extra hard to get the sweet spot of 6am-8am when its not too hot to be out and be active.. !

I just went through the same thing and posted it in my journal today. It's best to face it straight off though.
