Stayed the same. When I weighed in last I continued to eat badly till Monday morning so I know I was more than that weight. So although on paper I’ve lost nothing I have. I’ve returned to normal and I’ve been exercising. So here’s to next week to see it 👍👍 x x
160.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
