Hubby & I both did a workout (separately) with Sammie today. Some new stuff & we upped the weights on some of the weight machines. We focused on lower body & legs for me. We also did some stuff with resistance bands & weights I should be able to incorporate into the workouts I do while we're on vacation. After 2 days in a row we decided to take a rest day Wed. & go back Thurs. & Friday. We got in the hot tub after to ease our tired muscles. I need to get some stuff done around the house & I think I'll accomplish more if I try to do it tomorrow. Another day @ the Gym may just wear me out to the point I'd be worthless Thursday. As it is I didn't really recover til after dinner tonight.

We had to stop for a few things on our way home. I realized about half way home we forgot to buy more almond milk (mix with our protein smoothies). So we had to go out of our way to the closest grocery store to get it. I was hungry & tired when we got home. I mixed up our smoothies & watched some Virgin River. I ended up having some popcorn a little later....feeling the desire to chew.

I did manage to make dinner & do a load of laundry. 😊

I have a wheelbarrow of Lamb's Ear I need to get get planted before it dies on me. Rain is forcast tomorrow, but hopefully there will be a break long enough for me to get some of it in the ground.

After dinner & dishes Hubby & I watched our latest series on Netflix.....In the Dark. I thought it was going to be more of a comedy after watching the Trailer. It's turning out to be not so funny....a mystery that had me in tears tonight.

Well, I need to go wash the skillet from dinner & get up to bed 🛌 😴 I need to try to not sleep in too late if I want to accomplish much tomorrow.

139.8 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
