barely recording food + babying knee injury= losing weight! ok?!
182.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice upside to the downside. Are you taking a whole-body time out, or are you still lifting for the rest of your body?

Whole body time out. Walking/standing at work, which is (essentially) babysitting 18 toddler kids.... More like taming monkeys.
