2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 26 September 2014

Not too bad. Back to the gym regularly but pushing hard to go. Still fighting a bad virus (head cold) that I can't shake.

Walk a few miles everyday during lunch hour. Watching diet closely and I'm back to my regular weights at the gym. Yesterday I actually layed down after work before dressing for the gym. It was a psychological nap I suppose. I closed my eyes for about 2 minutes and it actually seemed to help.

222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
