Did laundry, watered the indoor plants & vacuumed the downstairs today.

I took a break to sit outside & read for a few minutes. I have been too busy to just sit outside & enjoy it lately.

Watched some TV while I had a late afternoon snack/ lunch. Avocado, pickled okra, cherry peppers, olives, bagel crisps, & a cheese & beef snack stick. I wanted something sweet & ended up with a cream filled chocolate I brought home from the tea on Sunday. I was feeling dozy after so I shut my eyes & had a cat nap. I seldom nap but I felt better after I woke up.

Hubby grilled a Flat Iron steak & I made a salad & sautéed green beans for dinner. He went into town to buy a watermelon, Bagels & almond milk (for our protein smoothies). He also came back with a bottle of merlot & cheesecake 😏 I had one glass with dinner....then a glass for dessert 🍷 with half a slice of chocolate cheesecake 🍰 & some cherries 🍒. A very nice combination 😋

I went over my 1600 calories today by about 300 calories. Guess I'll have to work extra hard at the Gym tomorrow 🏋🏃‍♀️ I did hit my protein goal again today. And that was without eating any protein bars or smoothies.

Well, off to bed 🛌 😴.....
140.4 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
