After one weekend of eating bad.you gain 3 weeks of weight loss just like that.
But lets see how much i can lose this week alone.

My 3 goals for the week
* 1000 calories per day.
* Getting on my bike at least twice this week.
* No junk food this week like chips, cakes


131.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Just don't deprive yourself too much, otherwise you might fall back into a bad eating weekend! Maybe up it to 1200 cals a day BUT stick to Fruits, Veggies & Protein! Rather challenge yourself to make healthy meals as interesting as possible to keep the variety and stick to fresh produce ! Good luck :)

Hi Shygetslean thank you for the tips :-) well i had this short term goal for spring dance(19Sep2014) to eat not more than 1200 Cals a day or keep the carbs between 40-50 g and my weight had drop you will see on the food log , but then the 19Sep arrived Friday morning and I ate bad since the morning till the eve . and then Saturday morning arrived and i had Fridays left overs and then Sunday came and it was my husbands cheat day and we had some cake and chocolates and pizza lets just say we carb it out whole day. I don't feel bad about the gain because i know what I had it was so much and bad, fatsecrete don't even have all that stuff listed. But i must say it was fun and I'm over the weekend because today is a new day and I would like to see how much i will lose this week again. Tonight it step class beginner and intermediate then aerobic so hopefully I use that carbs of the weekend tonight for fuel.and if the weather is nice on braai day i will go do MTB. What is your short term goals for the week ?

I love your mindset ! It's healthy and very inspiring ! Well I want to get back into my gym routine of morning and evening most days, that's my first goal and I would like to stabilise my mood this week and not let my hormones take control of my entire body! Focusing this week on routine & a good healthy mind !

You mean a bad weekend Joop Joop . hahah i think we sometimes need to just mess it up once in a while and re focus on new goals. Joop Joop how old is ur baby/ child ? Girls I'm soooo excited I'm doing my first IMPI Challenge 12km in Oct got confirmation today so i need to start exercising hard. My Argus cycling entry is also paid 110km :-) I feel like a child that got alot of sweets . hahaha

Lol, sorry yes I mean one weekend :) I didnt have such a great day yesterday, went over my rdi for the day, but ja. My baba just turned 2 and my eldest is 8 years old. And yours? How old now and is it your first? I wish I could have your drive to exercise, maybe when I weigh less or once exams are over then I can at least swim or something.

My baby is 6 months today 25th. yes 1st child . What are you studying? that's the thing I'm not good with diet plans at all so i would rather eat that something bad and just exercise. what also helps if your partner is also into a hobby/ sport , like my hubby also cycle so when can do races together. Joop joop like you know you have two children , they get to that stage where they run around, so I want to be able to run and play with my poplap without getting tired that's why I'm training to get fit too.

So cute, love that u call her Poplap :) my mom used to call me that. I work in the insurance industry so I'm studying commercial law. Almost done, writing 3 subjects next week, then I'm on a permenant holiday.

Thanks Saige, not FAIS, I got my FAIS credits decades ago, lol makes me feel old. Writing Aviation, Marine and Re-Insurance practice. Going to defintely up my exercise when I'm done, you inspired me to be active.
