im still hovering in the same spot, 2 months later. (JustBannans will be happy) When we shopped we got LESS refined carbs and MORE fruit and veggies; including potatoes, which ive avoided much as possible due to the drilling of ATKINS from my dad growing up. Ive dropped(again), but ive been at this weight before(....again) Im on the mend from what im assuming was COVID- couldnt taste lamb 🐑 meat, which has an amazing flavor and unleashes the Greek in me (ΌΠΑΑΑ!!), ENDLESS fatigue, cough/sore throat, fever.... yaddayadda..Probably going to make a weight loss journey update on youtube soon. (Channel name DAZEY) ive been lazy without much progress. Havent done emotional eating Glow Approach work either. New Job (and first day of school) begins Monday. ill be working at my youngest sons heah start. Ive been a stay at home mom since hes been born.....and my first job after 3 years is working with 18 kids, instead of 2 and a puppy. -cue the 5p wine- On a mental health note: i had 'unlocked' part of a repressed memory and since then i have been feeling... unusual.. less cautious, more 'comfortable' with intimacy instead of guarded (before this step i would dissociate and didnt realize it until earlier this year). i still dont have the whole memory, just before and after whatever happened but I noticed a shift in emotions.
186.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
