I think I basically maintained since this was a slightly early weigh in.

I met with my trainer today, again...an extra day this week because she's on vacation next week. We worked on upper body today. I joked with her was she going to make my abs hurt today since my butt hurt after Monday when we did lower body. My abs aren't bad but my arms are sore. I also told her after we did an upper lifting machine, maybe I'd be able to lift all the plates from the dishwasher up into the cabinet instead of dividing the stack in half. We got in the hot tub after working out. It felt really good on my glutes! Hubby is meeting her tomorrow, so I'll go back to the Gym with him.

We shopped after the Gym, today. I bought the rest of the gift for my Niece's shower on Sunday. Then we went to the Outlet Mall & looked at a few stores. Hubby has been looking for more shorts to workout in. He didn't find workout shorts but did buy a shirt & a pair of regular shorts. I found a cute pair of linen shorts with a tie belt for vacation. I tried on some tops on sale but didn't care for them enough to buy them.

My daughter bought her plane ticket for next month, today! She's going to fly in a couple of days early....well she will be here Wed. night...we leave Friday to drive down to Jekyll Island. I'm really happy she's coming. My Granddaughter & her boyfriend were planning to come but they decided it was going to cost too much right now. They would have to fly to either Savannah or Jacksonville & those tickets are higher. Our car wouldn't accommodate all of us driving down cause of the baby needing a car seat. She decided she'd aim for coming for Christmas.

I have been getting more protein but not quite 80 grams which is what I've been aiming for. I am getting closer. I think we're going to have to get some Protein Powder to get it up more.

Well, off to bed. I don't feel like I got quite enough sleep last night. I should have gotten close to 8 hours but I kept waking up during the night. Not for long, but it wasn't as good of a sleep as I like. I met Sammie an hour earlier today & I got up earlier to have time before we left.



140.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
