Well, 1 kilo down- so it's working to some degree...not used to weighing everything tho will take a lot of patience and discipline after Slimming World, when only some foods were weighed.I hope that I can keep it up and not get bored with weighing...
Hope everyone is having a good week!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
