😁🥳 Look at that! New all time low, since I started my weight loss journey in 2019. Prior to that (for a lotta years) I only remember getting down to around 155 any time I lost weight. I know I'm burning additional calories at the Gym. I estimate between the Treadmill, Bike & weights, I burn around 300 to 350 more. I probably will bounce up & down before I stay here but you can bet I had a smile on my face this morning when I hopped on the scales.

After breakfast I spent a little time trimming some outside plants & watering a few.

I had planned to do Yoga/ Toning today but I may have worn myself out doing housework. I ran into town to the Library to pick up the Book Club book on hold & drop off a book. While in town I stopped by a shop to see what they have these days. Not much today...maybe cause it's between seasons in the retail world. I need a cocktail dress for my niece's wedding next month. I'm hoping to find something sexy but wedding appropriate.

I really needed to eat lunch after I got home. I had that drained feeling you get. I made an open faced avocado sandwich on naan with feta & salsa. I watched an episode of So You Think You Can Dance while I ate.

Then I decided I really needed to vacuum...the dust bunnies were getting quite big 🐇🐇 You'd think since we replaced our vacuum cleaner with a lighter weight model, it wouldn't be such strenuous work...wrong! By the time I did the living room, hall, kitchen, dining room, entryway, stairs, upstairs hall, master bath, closet (walk in) & master bedroom I was pooped!

Took the dogs out & figured I needed a rest before feeding them & making dinner. I still have a load of clothes in the dryer to fold & a swim suit & sports bra soaking I need to rinse & hang.

Yesterday, I told Hubby, if it didn't consume all afternoon, I'd go to the Gym every day. I do enjoy it. But...I'm tired after and there is lots of stuff I need to get done on the days in between. Cudos to those that do go every day! Plus I'm waking up sore from the previous day. I've worked some of the soreness out, but not all.

Our HAVC guy is coming tomorrow to replace the inside unit on our Guest House Heat Pump.The fan motor burned out & it's too old to replace. The outside compressor on our upstairs unit froze up a couple of nights ago (again) & we ended up turning it off for the night. Thankfully, the overnight temperature was lower & we weren't uncomfortable with only the ceiling fan. He was able to remedy the issue with adding some freon. It's been so hot it really stresses the air-conditioning running so much.

Well, need to deal with that laundry.
