Workout day with Sammie 😊 We did upper body stuff today. Sometimes I'm surprised at what I can do. We did an exercise with me in a plank & lifting a weight with each arm. First rep I was having trouble balancing on my toes & keeping my butt down & body straight so she said try it on my knees. The next 2 reps I was determined to do on my toes....& I did! She'll ask me if a weight is feeling too easy. I'm being honest cause I'm not going to make any progress if I don't push a little. Did the usual 30 min. each on Treadmill & bike. Fifteen minutes in the hot tub. She's giving me some good ideas for hand weights I can do at home on non Gym days.

I went out this morning for my garden stroll. Apparently the bear 🐻 thought he'd like to try the hummingbird feed. The tall hook in the side garden by the deck was bent over & he'd pulled the stopper out. The feeder was still hanging from the hook. Yesterday, I went out & there were 2 bucks standing on the path in the front. 🦌🦌 Usually we see the does & fawns. I tried to get my phone out of my pocket but they weren't waiting for a pic. I did get one of one a bit further into the woods.
