Seem to be holding some water. I couldn't get one of my rings back on after the Gym.

Like I said, yesterday I drove south of Atlanta to meet up with my Granddaughter & her Mom. GD had been @ film camp for the past 2 weeks. The kids wrote, filmed, edited 6 short films they showcased for parents. I got invited, too. Afterwards we had lunch. Trillith Studios is a large filmmaking enterprise here in Georgia. Close by they have developed a "Village" with homes, townhouses, shops, restaurants, etc. to cater to the many employees at the studio. We ate at a very good restaurant that dies burgers, salads, pasta, etc. I had a delicious Antipasto salad & the girls had burgers. I saved half my salad 🥗 for later. Afterwards we walked around to a cute little spot for Gelato. I had 1 scoop...Key Lime Pie.

Since I didn't go to the Gym yesterday....we're trying to do Mon., Wed., Fri....Hubby & I went today. Hubby went yesterday, too, so Yay him! I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 30 on the weights, 30 on the bike.

Hubby suggested we try the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. They just opened about 4 months ago at this location. We sat at the bar & ordered 3 different flavors...Hot, Nashville Hot & Honey Barbecue. I ate 5 & we did bring some home. We also sampled a couple of the craft beers. I've become a lightweight since we stopped drinking with dinner every night. I was kinda giggly when we went to Kroger after 😆 We needed to replenish the fruit stock & a couple of other things.

We came home & listened to music on YouTube for awhile after we fed the dogs. Nice to just kick back & chill.

We weren't terribly hungry so I made a snack plate with fruit, cheese, crackers & a boiled egg for dinner.


143.0 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
