Woke up a bit sore but it worked it's way out over the day. I did my Yoga routine this afternoon. No walk...it was just too hot. I did play music on Pandora & dance around the house some.

I went outside with the intention of doing some gardening. I cleaned up some debris I'd swept up a day ago & watered a couple of plants. It was already getting hot so I sat down in the shade & called my sister. She's the one that got rear-ended a couple of months ago. She told me about her new car she ended up buying after she took her car in to be repaired. The damage was more extensive than originally thought so the insurance company wrote it off & she's getting a check.

By that time I decided it was too hot to be outside so I came in, made myself lunch & watched The Split.

In spite of spraying the deer repellant on Tuesday the deer were in the gardens last night. They ate my one fluffy hydrangea bloom 😭 They also went around sampling hostas. One of them had a bunch of leaves laying around it on the ground where the deer had bitten them off & decided they didn't taste good. My potted basil plants had been chewed on, too. They don't even like basil! I moved the basil onto the deck. I don't want to spray repellant on it.

The Hummingbirds have been voracious the past couple of weeks. Made up a batch of sugar water for them today.

I made a Tuna Pasta Salad on top of a green salad for dinner. It was a nice Summer meal.

My Granddaughter (son's child) has been at Film Camp the past couple of weeks. Tomorrow they're doing a presentation of the films they've made. She invited me to come for the presentation & have dinner with her afterwards, so I'm going down.

I'll have to go to the Gym on Saturday. One of our air-conditioniers is acting up & our repair guy is coming out tomorrow afternoon to look at it, so Hubby is busy anyway. Thankfully it's the unit in our Cottage/ office...not the house.

Ok...off to 🛌
141.8 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
