Maintaining between 142.4 & 142.8.

I did my measurements today & recorded them in an empty journal I had. I have done measurements before, but I put them on a pad of paper & in my phone notes. I'm close to where I was a year ago overall, so I'll see what happens with going to the Gym. Hubby said I'm taking this to the extreme when he saw me. Not extreme...just hoping to get favorable results. Of course we're both working on reducing body fat %

I've been thinking I'll start doing the yoga/ toning exercises I did last Summer on the days I don't go to the Gym. I stopped once the weather got cooler last year. I planned on starting today....but didn't 😐 I did do an afternoon walk. Hubby was hemming & hawing & I encouraged him to just do it.

I woke up a little earlier this morning. It was storming & we heard a loud bang. Think it was a branch falling on the deck. Hubby got up to use the bathroom & that made me have to do the same. I never did fall back asleep. This afternoon I felt like taking a nap but didn't. But, I lost my motivation to exercise. I did find some exercise bands that I may try using.

I made an exercise Playlist for my IPOD. I don't use it that often these days...mostly at the Beach. I tried to download the Playlist & charge it up but I'm having issues. It's an older model. I put ITunes on my new computer but it only has the music in the cloud I purchased. I have a bunch of music in my library on my old computer that I downloaded from CDs....I have over 2000 songs. Anyway, I have a hard drive to transfer files onto, then I can put anything I want on the new computer. Meanwhile, my IPOD has no music on it now. It won't sync with my old computer. I spent so much time fooling around with it I didn't try to download the music from my new computer again.

I can use my phone...I did that on Wed.

Well, I need to wash the skillet I left soaking before I go to bed. Need to make some progress on my book for Book Club & I'm not sure I'll stay awake long 🥱😴💤💤💤
142.4 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
