30 minute hard row session last night followed by 10 min strength class. Vet does not want me walking Hogan further than 15 minutes at a time, so that's off the table for now. Getting old sucks, helplessly watching people and creatures you love getting older sucks even more. Oddly enough, he seems better, but his endurance isn't there. just say a lot of teary swear words and you'll know where I am.

Sometimes getting old really does suck, like when one dear friend is diagnosed with Parkinsons and another with leukemia. Some days I feel just like Hogan. 🌹

It's hard when your fur babies get older. My dog is 13 and like Hogan can't walk very far for any long amount of time. So I got her a big dog cart (she's a lean 70 pounds) and now we go on long walks everyday. She'll walk a bit then get in her cart and I get an extra workout pushing her along. Maybe it would be fun for you and Hogan too. Just a thought!
