you gain some, you lose some! last right was a rough night of sleep... couldnt fall asleep until after midnight, toddler woke us up at 3, dad leaves for work at 430, then loud music down the street started blaring from roofing company and its 7am. Queue the coffee☕

Today seems like a good rest day!!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
