Cutting out meat for a couple of days appears to be working Making sure that I take my vitamins every day Thank You Jesus I'm closer to my goal of 140 With God's help I can do this.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
