I quit smoking last Monday. I have been working reallllly hard to not gain those average 10 lbs. I see where it comes in though, because I really would like to snack all day long. I would especially love to snack on sweets all day long, but I dont. ugh. I have gained a pound, but I'm fighting against it!!! I've been working out like crazy and eating pretty healthy, so I'm hoping the scale will start showing me lower numbers very soon.
