New way of doing things - no weighing / counting salad, veg and a few fruit. Means I’m eating a lot of goodness but not worrying about adding to my calorie intake. I have decreased my calories about 150 to compensate 👍👍 x
152.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went to sw and they say fruit is free, but when u put it in ur diary on here I didn't realise there was so many calories in fruit all natural I no but still takes a lot of ur calories for the day xx

I am careful with fruit too. Bananas especially although I love them. I never miss out on blueberries cause they are so good for you. But veg I pile high....delicious!

Yes I count apples bananas at the mo but free with strawberries raspberries and grapes

Strawbs and rasps are great too..............careful with the grapes though. They add up pretty quickly and are very moreish!

I prefer veg to fruit (no idea why) so I am lucky that I can fill up on big bowls of chunky veg soup for very few calories. That way I can have a cheeky glass of wine 🍷

It's a good strategy. Keeps things interesting and your fibre, vits and mins topped up

Yes grapes are very moreish! I buy one box a week and when they are gone they are gone so I try and get them to last a while

My favourite are cherries as with the grapes I don't stop til they are all gone xx
