Been insanely busy and glued to my work chair, but I'm about to slow down and be more mindful of my diet. I've been eating too much takeout.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I eat a fair amount of take out too. Really have to be knowledgeable about what your eating when you do that! Stick with unprocessed foods and you won't gain because you will eat reasonably.

Haha... I don't know about eating reasonably. When it comes to certain foods, I still lose control. BBQ being the main problem. When not doing BBQ, we do lean towards the Mediterranean foods when we do takeout. Nothing like McD's or other gnarly fast foods. So that's an upgrade from our old evil ways!

Man eating out.. that kills me.. I love it so.. why cant it love me back.. I am a nice person.. where is the love.. if only I had some self control..
