I have a horrible relationship with food. Honestly, if I could just stop eating entirely and just take a pill or eat a small bowl of something that has all the nutrients in-I would. Somehow that seems worse than being "addicted" to it. Nothing tastes particularly good and textures/temperatures all turn me off eating. So I end up just grabbing whatever and going on. If I keep a food diary I seem to at least be aware of it without going crazy. I do my entries first thing in the morning and set a timer. I tried eating 2000 calories a day and ended up at 340. 1400 seems to be my max. Quantities throw me. No idea how a sandwich, chips, salad is a meal. If I eat a "whole" anything it's weird. Half a sandwich is generally it. I'm making a spinach and feta pie tonight and will have an 8th. Out of that I'll eat the middle, not a crust fan. I know not much of that makes sense but there you go.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have not watched you. Until i saw your comment at Horridzombie's post. I do not know what to say other than i have also thought that pill solution for me too and that i hear you.
