eating too much, mostly in the evening between supper and bedtime. Mostly too much in way of fruits though rather than concentrated snacks, but still too many calories.

am increasing exercise though, so maybe can get back on track better. On ward and upward!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
