Had a wonderful Mother's Day really miss Mom and Mom Linkhorst Dinner was good carrying water weight though did not drink water yesterday like I should made very good food choices no carbs
151.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
