Vacuumed upstairs & down.

Planted a few more bulbs in 2 small planters.

Afternoon walk.

Did not end up going out for dinner. Hubby barbecued hamburger patties & I cooked green beans & made a cucumber tomato salad.

Hubby & I are looking into joining a local gym. A brand new one just opened that our friends joined & encouraged us to check out. Since we both have Medicare advantage health insurance we should be able to join for no cost thru Silver Sneakers.

Finished the day just over 1500 calories.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
