I'm recording the weight I was at after I had been up a few hours, had coffee & breakfast. I was a little higher first thing this morning but on a whim weighed myself again. My journal...my rules 😁

My sister called this morning to tell me she & my other 2 sisters had planned an impromptu weekend trip to Florida the end of June...did I want to join them?? Duh!! ⛱️🌞🏖👙🍹 That would be a yes 😊

Instead of a Girl's beach trip with all of the female family this year we are planning a family week around my niece's wedding in September @ Jekyll Island. The sisters decided we didn't want to wait that long for some sun & sand.

Our Thursday night dinner group (that hasn't been doing Thurs. dinner since the initial Covid quarentine) may be having dinner tomorrow night. We have gotten together sporadically over the past couple of years...just not every week.

Saturday, we're invited to a Graduation party for a friend to celebrate him getting his Masters degree. It's especially nice, because his wife, who I've been friends with for years, has been battling health issues. I'm so happy she's feeling up to throwing him a party.

Sunday, my sister & I are planning to go downtown for an Art Festival then to see the new Downton Abbey movie.

My social calendar is filling up! That can be good & bad. More opportunity to eat & drink & need to make good choices.

I'm gonna run in to Walmart with Hubby. We need fresh fruit & some more stuff.

I've been busy in the gardens the past few days. That's kept me busy & moving.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
